Chef Evana grew up in Ohio in a large family of foodies and master gardeners. After graduating from NYU in New York City, she traded the big city for world-class kitchens, training at Le Cordon Bleu London where she earned a double degree in Culinary and Pastry Arts. This foundation led her to globe-trot, cooking professionally across the UK, Spain, and France, including time as a private yacht chef in the Mediterranean.
For many years, Steamboat Springs has been her home base, where she’s worked as a chef and pastry chef in high-end restaurants, while also extensively catering events, from intimate gatherings to grand weddings.
